SHIPPING POLICY

We offer FREE shipping for all United States and Canadian orders over 150$ USD. All packages are delivered by FedEx or DHL depending on country and region. Average shipping times are usually 5-7 business days (Not including production times).

WARRANTY

We offer a 12-month warranty for our indoor neon signs only on faulty electrical components when used appropriately. Our outdoor (water-resistant) signs come with a 3-month warranty on faulty electrical components when used appropriately.

RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note, our policy will only cover the electrical components of the sign. The product itself must be in its original packaging and the same condition that you receive it in, undamaged in any way. We will not cover any damage from installation or misuse of the product. Contact us at info@overglowneon.com and send us a detailed video and/or pictures of the items in question. After we approve and receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. Customers will be responsible for shipping each return item including any applicable duties and taxes fees. If a replacement unit, full, or partial refund has been agreed we will do our best to make things right as soon as possible.

All customs neon signs sold are FINAL. Custom neon signs are unique, handcrafted and made for the precise purpose and will of the buyer. We bend all neon tube by hand. Therefore, your custom neon sign could not be 100% matching the mock-up we sent. No return or exchange is possible after the mock-up is approved, and the order is paid.
