How long does it take to receive my custom neon sign?

Once you have approved your design, our team will send it to production as soon as possible. All signs are crafted by hand and built with care. We want to make sure everything is above and beyond your standards. Typically, production will be finished in 5-7 days and shipping will take another 5-7 days. Be sure to allow for another 48 hours from order to production. Remember these are average times and can vary but typically 2-4 weeks from order to your door. We pride ourselves with our completion times and offering the best service possible.

Is it possible to receive my order faster?

We understand some matters are time sensitive! If you have an urgent request, be sure to check the rush order option before checkout to skip the line and speed up your order time.

How will my oversized sign be shipped to me?

We truly create custom neon signs. Every order will be different, this means we create and ship almost any dimension you can think up. Depending on the size our sign may come in several parts. We will indicate the cuts and where we advise to locate the power cords.

What happens if my product arrives damaged from shipping?

Please open your parcel immediately after receiving it. We will only accept claims within 7 days after delivery. Contact us at info@overglowneon.com and send us a detailed video and pictures of the damages in the original box. We will not cover any damage from installation or misuse of the product. After reviewing and accepting your claim, we will set up a claim with the shipping carrier.

Can I use my own font?

Due to how signs are constructed, some fonts will not appear exactly as they do in the preview. Cursive fonts, or other fonts with lines of variable thickness, will be equally thick along all parts of the line in the finished product. If you have any specific fonts you would like to use, or your needs are not otherwise met by the Interactive Sign Designer, please use the form on the Get a Quote page to speak to one of our designers.

Can I confirm my design before production has started?

If you need to see and approve a final design preview before your order is manufactured, make sure to select “Send preview of final design for review before manufacture” in the sign designer. We will not provide returns/refunds for unmarred or otherwise correctly constructed signs as a result of the aforementioned final design changes, if you choose to forego the final design preview. By purchasing, you accept that the design may vary from the pictures.

Will my mock up preview be the same size in real life?

The preview is not necessarily to scale. The width of your sign will be determined by the width measurement you select under "Size." As every sign is handmade, please allow for slight inconsistencies in the width and/or height. With that being said, we will always do our best to make it as close as possible. As The line spacing setting will be reflected in the final product. Be careful to apply line spacing to overlapping characters if you do not want them to overlap in reality.

How is my neon powered?

Your custom neon sign operates in 12V. We provide the appropriate transformer that should always remains. Our custom neon signs are low voltage. The neon remains at room temperature. Our LED neon sign has a lower consumption than glass neon.

What is the difference between White Tube and Colored Tube?

Coloured tube will have colour even when not lit. White tube will remain white when off, until illuminated.

Will I have to pay taxes and duty in my country?

We do our best to protect customers from incurring additional fees. Unfortunately, sometimes it happens. We have no control over these charges please contact us if you encounter this problem info@overglowneon.com. International customers take full liability for all postal charges, returns shipments costs if they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Does my sign comes with a warranty?

We offer a 12-month warranty for our indoor neon signs only on faulty electrical components when used appropriately. Our outdoor (water-resistant) signs come with a 3-month warranty on faulty electrical components when used appropriately.
